Glynis moved to Sotheby’s International in 2014 where she established a busy real estate practice under this exceptional brand. When it came time to grow her business, it was an offer from her daughter Kirsten which enabled it.

Kirsten has been immersed in the real estate market for more than 7 years; first as Glynis’ assistant and then as a licenced sales person. Through her careful, detail-oriented approach she has proved to clients her sincerity and tenacity, and she has in turn received recognition of awards from the Victoria Real Estate Board.

Shaelyn, is a dynamic addition to the team. Her incredible keenness and efficiency as a real estate agent makes her a vital member of this team. Hailing from Kimberley, BC, she cherishes the warm and vibrant community Victoria offers and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Now based in Newport Landing, Kari led the thoughtful renovation of a historic 1700s riverside home on the Avon River, acting as design lead and coordinating all trades. This hands-on experience has further strengthened her authority in evaluating homes, advising on renovation potential, and guiding clients through the opportunities and complexities of restoration and building.
